Dual 4K cameras with 230-degree fisheye lenses allow the Insta360 to see the world from every angle. Each image sensor features a resolution of 2048 x 2048, which results in a post-stitch final resolution of 4096 x 2048. This 17:9 aspect ratio format qualified as "cinema-spec" - aka DCI - 4K. Unlike multi-camera 360 rigs, the Insta360 combines the images from both cameras in real-time so that you can get a sense of the final effect while recording. Mount it on a tripod, fly it with a drone, or just hand-hold it. The Insta360's versatility makes it adaptable to a wide range of usages.

Dual 230 Degree Fisheye Lenses

The incredible field of view afforded by dual 230-degree fisheye lenses allows the Insta360 to capture for 360 x 360-degree panoramic video. Real-time stitching blends the images together, producing a seamless transition from one image to the other.

Real-Time Stitching and Preview

The images from the two cameras are merged together in-camera to give you a live feel for the effect. This feature also enables you to stream the images live - no more waiting on image stitching in post.

Head-Tracking Support

Link the Insta360 with compatible VR headsets to get a fully immersive experience. With head tracking, as you turn your head, the image will pan in your field of view

Virtual Panning with Smartphone
